The Friday before Halloween we cut out our pumpkins that we had been saving from our garden. It was a fun family evening!
Our treat on Halloween was to go out for supper at Famous Dave's with
Grandpa and Grandma. Then Grandpa took Kyla, Colter and Maya to the
cross-town, high school football game. And Grandma came home to spend
the evening with Melita and I!
Oh, and
the dress up part? Melita dresses up everyday. She rarely ends the day
with the clothes she started the day with. I was able to pick up a
clearance costume for her the next day for less than 5 bucks to add to
her dress up stash. She loves being able to be a fairy now with her new
wings and tutu.
And the candy part? We had just the perfect amount of that. Thanks Grandma! ;)
