A Walk In 'The Reservoir'

Back when Randy was growing up here, this reservoir actually had water in it. Now it's like a big hollow bowl in the ground surrounded by giant cottonwoods and filled with green grass, flowers, ladybugs and such. I couldn't resist the opportunity to bring my camera with me on a walk through 'the reservoir' with the kids...

What a great place to roam and take pictures. You snapped some great shots, there. The lady bugs are stunning. And your three little bugs, too... the breeze in the grasses... the tall, tall, trees... just all of it!

Thanks so much Als for sharing, so fun to keep up while you are away!!
We did a 11.6 mile hike yesterday and I was pretty tired when I got home last night, but a good night's sleep does wonders.
